It includes up to 10 hours of support - from researching venues and requesting quotes, to liaising with staff, sending digital invites, tracking responses, and managing your guest list.

A reminder email will go out nearer the time, and I’ll be on hand to deal with any last-minute queries calmly and efficiently.

I can be there on the day (within reasonable travel distance) to support in person - setting up the venue, checking presentations, welcoming guests, and managing registration. I’ll stay on hand throughout to make sure everything runs smoothly.
