• WhatsApp support between sessions for quick questions and sense-checking decisions

WhatsApp support is designed for light, ongoing guidance between monthly sessions.

• Short messages or voice notes
• Business hours only
• Responses within 24–48 working hours
• Capped at a reasonable level each month
• Intended for occasional use, not daily assistance

It does not include task execution, document review, step-by-step instructions, or urgent requests.
Anything requiring more time or focus will be picked up in the next session or booked separately.
